Anyone recognise this SPAM site?

Just had an EMail about EMail Support ending - sure it is SPAM so not
going to 'confirm my EMail address' but wonder if anyone recognises who
it is.

Malwarebytes says :- This site contains deceptive content
And malwarebytes block it due to phishing.

My name is Özgün Akkoyun. I graduated from the statistics department
of Hacettepe University and I did my master's degree in computer
