Trouble with Gmail

Can anyone help me please?
If I send an email from my Gmail account using webmail or Thunderbird it
goes through correctly.
If I send it from Windows 10 Mail when it arrives it has my wife's name
in the header with my Gmail address following in brackets. My wife does
have a Gmail address but AFAIK it has never been used.
The lack of ability to get into the config of W10 Mail doesn't help!

That's where you have to correct that. You can set the name in From: in
you mail program.
